Your instructor or pilot calls to confirm the date and time, discuss the planned route or objectives, and answer your questions.

Weather review

Your pilot reviews current weather when needed and monitors conditions as your flight approaches.

Arrive early

Plan to arrive a few minutes early to complete paperwork and meet the aircraft and your pilot.

Dress and Pack

What to wear and bring

Cooler months: dress in layers and bring a light jacket. Cabins can be chilly before the engine and heater warm up.
Warmer months: dress comfortably, wear sunglasses, and bring water.
Comfortable shoes.
Camera or smartphone. Many guests capture photos of the aircraft, scenery, and the flight itself.
Weather and Comfort

Safety and rescheduling

Utah weather varies significantly. Keep an eye on the forecast; your pilot monitors conditions too and may adjust or reschedule.
We do not fly in thunderstorms, strong winds, poor visibility, or other hazardous conditions.
If weather does not cooperate, we work with you to find another day.
Prone to motion sickness? Tell your pilot before the flight. Most passengers do very well; every aircraft carries airsickness bags.
