FTSP requirements happen after you arrive
ULA's international enrollment process lists orientation and TSA Flight Training Security Program (FTSP) requirements as step 9 — after travel to Utah, not before departure from your home country.
Upon arrival, students complete orientation, housing check-in, and all FTSP requirements. Flight training begins after orientation and TSA approval are complete.
